- Sufficient amount is offered: The Bank offers MFI loans to cover actual costs of construction or acquisition of office premises.
- Disbursement is as required: Disbursement of loan shall be done in phases as per construction plan supported by bill of quantities.
- Fixed repayment instalment: MFI repays the loans in monthly equal instalments.
- Availability of Grace Period: Grace period will be applicable where necessary.

Bank affiliate MFI with existing and projected business profitability enough to cover loan instalment payments and retain substantial part to support business operations.
